I had gutter guards installed, and could not be better pleased. They were punctual when they came out to inspect my gutters in order to give quote. Received quote the next day by email, and the guards were installed a little over a week later. Highly recommend anyone giving them a call.
The quote was detailed and involved the agent climbing onto the roof to ensure suitability for their proposed work. The website they use for project approval, tracking, messaging and billing is slick and secure. They were timely in responding to the request for an estimate and in updating the project, and in starting and finishing the job (60’ new gutters, replacement and new downspouts). The final job was nicely configured for a unique design issue on my house.
I had my roof replaced and some gutters replaced. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The representatives were transparent with the costs and I received photo updates while the work was being done. Great experience overall
I must first begin with the fact I do not usually write reviews. But, in this instance, I feel compelled to do so. I highly recommend Armor Exteriors for roofing, gutters, and siding. My entire experience, from the phone call to book the appointment to the completion of the job, has been a pleasure.
I first used Armor Exteriors to replace the shingles and gutters. Then a few weeks later, when my husband and I were discussing our siding, there was no question: it would be Armor Exteriors again. For each job, Michael was able to accommodate our work schedules. Even though each time it was later in the day, Michael spent time with us, never making us feel rushed. He took the time to answer questions, give advice, and promise a great experience. The roofing crew was great! They came, worked, and cleaned up. The job was completed in 2 days! The gutter crew was also great! It was the same experience as the roofing crew: they came, worked, and cleaned up. The job was completed in 1 day.
When we got around to the siding, I cannot emphasize how much patience Michael demonstrated with me. I changed my mind about style and color several times. There were a couple of nights he was dealing with my texts at 10:00 P.M. He never made me feel like a bother and was always so willing to help. The crew that did our siding was, you guessed it, GREAT! Sy is in charge of the crew and he is a perfectionist! The crew came, worked hard, and cleaned up. They were completed in 3 days! Sy made sure we did a walk around with him. His attention to detail and work ethic are amazing and the rest of the crew reflect that. When I say these crews worked, they WORKED! There was no goofing off or extended 3 hour breaks, or several days off in between workdays.
Throughout the whole process, Michael, and the rest of Armor Exterior touched base with us to ensure things were going as we desired. We are so happy with our experiences with Armor. We are absolutely pleased with the roofing, gutters, and siding. Thank all of you for making this such an easy and worry free experience.
We had a great experience with Armor Xteriors. They put new vinyl siding and gutters on our home and we’re so happy with the results. Our home looks brand new and I feel like the materials they use are good quality. The crew worked quickly and did little extra things like install new flood lights for us. I especially want to shout-out our project manager, Pete, and one of the owners, Paul, for delivering such a phenomenal customer experience. They are the reason I’ll recommend Armor to anyone.
I had Armor Exteriors complete a total exterior renovation on an old ranch house. Roof, gutters, siding, new columns on the front porch and even wrapping an old shed that we need in vinyl and soffits to match the house. It was done on time, in budget and looks awesome! We get compliments every time someone drives by. We have needed to do it for a while and I am glad we got them to do it. I highly recommend their work!
Michael Reed was the salesman that came out to do the inspection and estimate on our roof, he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I showed him where the wood rot was on the corner of the house and he knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the siding was too close to the roofing material which would cause rot. He explained how they would fix that so that it wouldn’t rot anymore. Then he explained how the layering of the roofing would go and also went over the gutters and downspouts.
He gave us an estimate on a new roof, replacing all the rot, repairing the siding the correct way and the gutters. We had two estimates prior to him and they would not replace the rot or mentioned the siding being too close to the roof, so I found their price very reasonable. The crew come out and did a great job replacing the roof and also a great job on cleaning the ground around the house.
They replaced everything that was discussed in the estimate which made me know I went with the right company. Chris Santos was the supervisor that come out that day to show me before and after pictures of the job and he was a pleasure to work with as well. The gutter crew came out a week later and also did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Armor Xteriors to anyone and everyone
From beginning to end, working with Armor Xteriors was great. Starting with rep Michael Reed, who was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful throughout the evaluation and insurance process. Chris Santos was the Proj. Mgr. and took the time to answer all of my many questions. He made sure I knew what the job would entail for replacing the roof and gutters, and also for the fascia and soffit reapirs. Chris and the 2 crews were great. I was also impressed with the communication from the owner himself, Paul Say, who reached out after the initial consultation to explain the process of ordering materials and the expected timeline of the work to be performed and then again after completion to check in on how everything went, and to make sure everything was too my satisfaction.
