What To Expect During

Understand The Armor Process

We understand that undergoing a home improvement project can be exciting yet daunting.
Here, we’ll walk you through each step of the installation process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Our process begins with an initial consultation where we’ll:

  1. Discuss your goals, preferences, and budget for the project.
  2. Conduct a thorough assessment of your home to determine the scope of work needed.
  3. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Following the consultation, we’ll:

  1. Present you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and estimated timeline.
  2. Review the proposal together to address any questions or concerns you may have.
  3. Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, we’ll proceed to sign the contract and Lori from our office will give you a call to verify all the scopes of your project and verify that you are in our system.
  4. Then, your assigned project manager will reach out to schedule your installation dates.

Before the installation begins, we’ll:

  1. Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.
  2. Prepare the work site by clearing debris, setting up safety equipment, and organizing materials for efficient installation.

Our experienced installation crew will:

  1. Arrive promptly at the scheduled time to begin work on your home.
  2. Follow industry best practices and safety protocols throughout the installation process.
  3. Keep you informed of our progress and address any unexpected challenges that may arise.

As we work on your home, we’ll:

  1. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  2. Coordinate any necessary inspections with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  3. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction with the finished product.

Once the installation is complete, we’ll:

  1. Conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the finished work and address any remaining questions or concerns.
  2. Provide care and maintenance instructions for your new siding, roofing, windows, or doors to help prolong their lifespan.
  3. Ensure that all debris and materials are properly disposed of, leaving your property clean and tidy.

Preparation Guide For Your Home

Proper preparation is key to ensuring a smooth and successful home improvement project.
Following these preparation guidelines will help streamline the installation process and ensure a positive
experience for both you and our team.

Before our installation crew arrives, it’s essential to clear the workspace around your home. This includes:

  1. Removing any outdoor furniture, decorations, or obstacles near the installation area.
  2. Trimming trees, bushes, or shrubs that may obstruct access to the work site.
  3. Ensuring pathways are clear for our team to safely maneuver materials and equipment.

While our team takes every precaution to minimize disruptions and protect your property, it’s advisable to:

  1. Cover or move outdoor plants, garden decor, and other items that could be affected by debris or dust.
  2. Securely store valuable or fragile items indoors to prevent accidental damage during the installation process.
  3. Consider covering sensitive areas such as outdoor grills or air conditioning units with protective tarps or covers.

Although most of the work will be done on the exterior of your home, there are a few interior preparations to consider:

  1. Remove any fragile or valuable items from walls or shelves near exterior walls to prevent potential damage from vibrations.
  2. Close windows and doors to minimize dust and debris from entering your home during the installation.
  3. Inform our team of any special considerations or concerns regarding specific areas of your home.

To facilitate the installation process and ensure the safety of our crew and your property, please:

  1. Clear driveway space for our vehicles and equipment to park as close to the work site as possible.
  2. If necessary, arrange temporary parking alternatives with neighbors to accommodate our vehicles and dumpsters.

Open communication is essential for a successful project. Feel free to:

  1. Reach out to our team with any questions or concerns you may have leading up to the installation day.
  2. Inform us of any changes or special instructions regarding access to your property or specific installation requirement
