He accommodated my request for a second look as I was re-considering the option to replace the entire roof instead of just the damaged section. He was 100% attentive and fully assured me that the choice was mine (unlike one other company that refused to discuss anything other than full roof replacement). Michael’s assessment was detailed—clearly itemizing & explaining & providing costs for all aspects of the project.

Overall cost was very competitive with other estimates and warranties were very reassuring. I chose Armor because I felt confident that there wouldn’t be any surprises (and additional costs) after the project began and that the company would stand behind their work for a long time after completion.
