You should consider yourselves lucky to have found such a true craftsman in this day and age.
When you hire a contractor to do a major home renovation project, it’s always an unnerving process not knowing what the end result is going to be. Cindy and I are very pleased with our end result. I as a craftsman who used to build high end custom built furniture recognize true craftsmanship via paying attention to the smallest detail as Andy and his crew have on our home. I myself have done some siding work in my younger years and can appreciate the time and effort it takes to measure and cut each piece of siding and trim, so in turn, I look at details most homeowners likely wouldn’t even see. Andy and his crew has performed flawlessly in my opinion. They went beyond what I would consider the norm showing pride in their craft. I watched as one of his crew was hanging a piece of siding, tapping on the wall to find a stud to place the nail to secure the siding. Most people would have just put the nail anywhere just to get the job done much less caring about the long term effects. It was details like that, that impressed me. Andy’s experience and knowledge shined when placing flashing and working with the flex molding on our arched windows. Because of him, I’m confident that our home is water tight and will stand up to the test of time. You should consider yourselves lucky to have found such a true craftsman in this day and age.
My wish is that you will forward my comments to the powers being so they too can continue to be confident that a quality job is being done in the name of Armor Xteriors
