Armor Exteriors was professional from the very beginning of contact. I reached out a little over a year ago to get quotes on repair vs installation. One year later it was truly time to just perform a roof replacement as recommended. Roof install was expedient and well done. There was a miscommunication about the work to be performed but Chris, David, Paul, and Dan worked together to find a solution to the problem and correct the issue. They did what a good, no what an EXCELLENT company does, and valued me as a person and client. I am truly impressed and they have created a loyal customer. By the way, the roof is also beautiful!
Using this company was a great experience all the way around! Michael came out to my home to quote the project. I was not able to be home so we chatted over the phone about my needs and how I wanted everything broken out in the quote. I selected 4 out of the 5 services and signed the quote. Then Chris took over as project manager. He sent me a text to introduce himself and updates on the job. He came out to get crews started on each portion of the job! All the crews were polite and did great work. I was very happy with all the work they completed – new facia and new gutters on my home and detached storage building and soffit repairs on my storage building.
